We’re delighted to introduce David Cunningham, who joins our team as Business Development Manager for North London. With over 20 years of experience in the fire and security industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to Vericon.
David’s journey is anything but conventional. Before establishing himself in the fire and security sector, he spent eight years as a qualified car mechanic, developing the technical expertise and problem-solving skills that would later prove invaluable in his career transition. Since then, he has built an impressive track record spanning distribution sales, project management, and social housing, whilst also working with key manufacturers in the industry.
What truly sets David apart is his passionate commitment to improving resident welfare in social housing. “I am excited to take on the role at Vericon as I have a passion to improve the welfare of residents living within the social housing sector,” he shares. This alignment between personal values and organisational mission makes him a perfect fit for our team.
David sees tremendous potential in Vericon’s technological solutions, particularly in their ability to transform industry practices. He believes our innovative approach will enhance efficiencies across various housing departments, providing landlords with valuable data insights to inform maintenance programmes and protect their housing stock.
