If necessary, the client can use Customer Connect to verify the issue and confirm that it is not simply a case of the customer removing a radiator for example.

If another top up is required within 90 days, it will be flagged for an engineer to attend to. In the event of a third top up being necessary, the system will deactivate the device and immediately alert an engineer to ensure urgent assistance and prevent any further top ups.
