This new focus emphasises the property environment, allowing users to view and manage all devices associated with a specific property. This change aims to streamline the user experience by providing a comprehensive overview of each property and its connected devices.Â
Â
Additionally, this update ensures that data is associated with the property and the specific rooms within it, so even when devices are removed or replaced, the room telemetry remains accessible.
With the new focus on properties, you can view and manage all property information from one page. This includes the new addition of the EPC rating field which can be used in conjunction with the boiler and temperature data to get a better overview of the property.
Our new property-centric approach makes managing the devices in your properties simple. From a single page, you can manage access rights for your contractors and view the statuses of all devices in the property. The page also gives staff and engineers more detail about where devices are located in the building.
The new telemetry view has also been redesigned to only show you the relevant graphs to the property. The property summary section will show you MultiDOTs and basic boiler data like flow temperature and thermostat set points depending on the devices connected. Further sections are available when more devices are installed.
We are confident that this update will enhance your experience and provide greater ease in managing your properties and devices. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
With the new “Access Right Tag” functionality on the portal, you are able to limit the devices that your contractor can see to only the ones they are responsible for. In addition, the user page also segregates the users of each contractor into groups for easy management.
When an contractor is set up with an access tag, any devices they install will automatically have the contractor’s tag added and therefore be viewable by that contractor and anyone without an access right tag (E.g. someone within the main HA or company).
This update allows multiple contractors to work on devices within your portfolio without confusion, meddling, or monitoring competing contractor efforts through the portal. Additionally, these tags can be used to create contractor performance reports for installs and repairs.

Alerts from a boiler or devices in a void or un-tenanted property cause unnecessary noise in your team’s inboxes. To mitigate this, any BCM or Property tagged with the “Void” tag will have all alerts muted.
All faults and telemetry will still be recorded and viewable on the portal by any user, so your engineer can look at the history during the pre-move-in checks completed in the property.
