Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in business development or sales, specifically with a particular emphasis on social housing projects. Have a background that includes identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth in this sector.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications within infrastructure markets. This knowledge to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Maintain strong professional relationships. to cultivate a robust network of industry contacts.
- Have strong communication skills that are both excellent and versatile, allowing to convey complex information clearly and effectively, whether in writing or verbally.
- Have strong financial acumen and a well-developed sense of commercial awareness. Understanding projects’ financial aspects and aligning business strategies with market demands, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong connections with our valued clients by getting to know their needs and exploring opportunities for additional collaboration.
- Be the friendly face for our high-profile clients and partners, representing our company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
